What goes in the folder
- A signed, correctly completed EX-15 form
- Your passport or national ID, plus a clear photocopy
- Evidence of why you need the number — a purchase, a job, study, a pension transfer
- The Modelo 790-012 fee, paid at a Spanish bank or cashpoint beforehand
- Two passport photos if a non-EU TIE is involved
- A padrón certificate when the office asks for one
